Pathology commentFascicular proliferation of variably atypical eosinophilic spindle cells, which show mitotic activity; dense inflammatory infiltrate, most often lymphoid or histiocytic/xanthomatous, but the composition is variable; immunopositivity for smooth muscle antigens.
